Our Management

Leisure Acres community is family owned and operated by Andrew Bloemsma and his sons, Todd Bloemsma and Terry Bloemsma. The family acquired the community in 1978. Since then, it has grown and developed through three separate phases, the last in 1992. Andy acts as chief executive while Todd, who is project manager, manages the community and oversees installation and building of new homes.  Terry who is the Sales and Financial Manager and shows prospective clients homes and handles all business finances and other issues.

Our spoken word is as important as our written word. Our quality of work is a way of life. We believe that as we serve others, we will be rewarded in the long run. And our experience shows that this is true.

Our mission is threefold:

• To develop strong relationships with our residents in a climate of honesty and sincerity
